Background
Tom has over 40 years of experience across such industries as aerospace, automotive, and medical devices. He has held positions as Design Engineer, Design Engineering Manager, and Quality Director. He holds Master Black Belt certifications in both Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma, and has trained hundreds of Green Belts, Black Belts and Champions (Managers). Tom’s passion is training/coaching Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) in highly regulated industries where Value Innovation, Robust Design, and Design for Manufacture and Assembly are critical methodologies. Tom consults, customizes, and helps his clients implement DFSS programs with rigor, clarity, and measurable results.
